SINOTEST originated from the Changchun Research Institute for Testing Machines, founded in 1959. Today, SINOTEST serves as the National Testing Machine Quality Inspection and Testing Center and the supporting unit of the National Testing Machine Standardization Committee. Consequently, the industry recognizes SINOTEST as the “cradle of Chinese testing systems technology”.

National Testing Machine Quality Inspection Center

SINOTEST proudly serves as the supporting unit of the National Testing Machine Quality Inspection and Testing Center — the highest authority for testing machine quality in China. This unique position means that SINOTEST not only manufactures testing equipment but also helps define the quality standards that govern the entire industry.

As the secretariat of the National Testing Machine Standardization Committee (SAC/TC122), SINOTEST has drafted over 160 national and industrial standards for testing instruments. Therefore, our deep involvement in standardization ensures that every SINOTEST testing system aligns fully with current regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Quality Control Process

Every SINOTEST testing system undergoes a comprehensive quality control process before it leaves our facility:

Component Inspection: We inspect all incoming components — including imported sensors, motors, and electronic components — upon arrival to verify specifications and performance.

In-Process Quality Control: During assembly, we measure and record critical parameters at each stage. Any deviation triggers immediate corrective action.

Final Inspection and Calibration: We subject each completed testing system to a full battery of functional tests and calibration against traceable standards. We also document and archive performance data for future reference.

Continuous Improvement: We systematically analyze quality data from production, field service, and customer feedback to drive ongoing improvements in product design and manufacturing processes.
