Universal testing systems for tensile, compression and flexure testing

SINOTEST’s electronic universal testing machine delivers high-precision, electromechanical testing for a wide range of materials and components. Designed for tensile, compression, bending, and shearing applications, this electronic UTM system accommodates metals, plastics, composites, and more—ensuring reliable, repeatable results across diverse testing standards.

DF-series electromechanical universal testing systems are widely applied to various occasions with extraordinary performance and stability. Test capacity comes from 0.5-1000KN. Accuracy: class 0.5.

This system adopts high response low-noise electromechanical servo drive and powerful closed-loop controller to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the test. This system can meet various requirements for different materials and testing standards.

Digital controller

The EDCi20 controller is a built-in device for static applications, with system and sampling rates of up to 2.5 kHz.

It is supplied with 24 VDC and has three iSI expansion slots.

Ethernet communication and remote control via the DOLI RMCi enable simple integration and user-friendly operation.

Video extensometer

Linconst Video Expander (LVE) is a non-contact real-time high-precision strain measurement system. It is based on a separate camera and real-time image processing algorithm. By capturing images of the experimental process and analyzing changes in image features, it can dynamically measure strain, displacement and other data in real time. It communicates with the testing machine signal and measures various mechanical performance parameters such as stress-strain curves. It is suitable for various mechanical tests.

Automatic extensometer

The extensometer MFL 300-C is the successor model to the MFL 300-B and it is suitable for almost all samples of an initial gauge length from 10 mm. Its low clamping forces combined with high measurement accuracy makes it highly suitable even for small, notch sensitive test samples. The MFL can be connected to partly or fully automatic testing machines with hydraulic grips. The strain can be measured from the elastic range to fracture for almost all types of samples.

Furnace, chamber, vacuum  We supply environmental system from -190℃ to 2500℃, for a wide variety of low & high-temperature tests, including tension, compression, bend and fatigue testing of metals, composites, ceramics and many other materials. The furnaces/chambers have a user-friendly design that helps operators perform setup tasks more quickly – without compromising test quality or accuracy.

Automatic robots

The robotic automated testing system can be used for tensile testing, compression testing, or functional testing of round or flat specimens.

Due to the modular design of the automated testing system, workstations can be added or removed according to customer needs, meeting their customized requirements and efficiently and repetitively conducting the required tests.

The frames of DF series UTMs are finite element analyzed while designing.The excellent structural design brings reliable rigidity to the frame. Even full loaded or long-time used, your DF-UTM won’t deform.
