Подробная техническая спецификация

First, the user places a graphite crucible on the holder, and the pneumatic system closes the impulse furnace. After weighing, the user drops the typical 1g sample into the loading mechanism. Next, the outgassing phase starts the analysis cycle to clean the furnace from oxygen and nitrogen out of the air. After that, the sample loading mechanism releases the sample into the now cleaned crucible. Subsequently, the oxygen content of the sample reacts with the carbon from the graphite crucible to form CO, and the nitrogen content reacts to form elemental N₂ gas at temperatures of about 2200°C. Then, the helium carrier gas transports both gases to the oxidation furnace, where copper oxide converts the CO to CO₂. Next, an infrared absorption detector analyzes this CO₂ concentration, and the system calculates the oxygen concentration. Finally, a thermal conductivity detector analyzes the nitrogen.

  1. Measurement Ranges:
The analyzer offers the following ranges for oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen:

    • Oxygen: Low range 0.1ppm–0.5%; High range 0.5%–20%

    • Nitrogen: Low range 0.1ppm–0.5%; High range 0.5%–50%

    • Hydrogen: Low range 0.1ppm–200ppm; High range 200ppm–5000ppm
*Note: You can change the measurement range by adjusting the measurement quantity.

Sensitivity: The system achieves a sensitivity of 0.01ppm for oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen.

Repeatability: For oxygen and nitrogen, repeatability is 1ppm or ≤1%; for hydrogen, it is 0.2ppm or ≤2%.

Sample Mass: The standard sample mass is 1g, and you can change it according to the content.

Analysis Time: A complete test takes about 3 minutes.

Carrier Gas: The analyzer uses high purity helium for oxygen/nitrogen and high purity nitrogen for hydrogen.

Pneumatic Gas: It requires industrial-grade nitrogen.

Structure: The modular structure includes the analyzer, computer, electronic balance, printer, and water circulation chillers. ( optional items)

Detection System: A solid-state infrared detector measures oxygen, while a thermal conductivity detector measures nitrogen and hydrogen.

Infrared Cells: Two IR cells are installed in the analyzer. You can customize the length of each cell according to sample content.

    Key Components:

    • Detector: Solid-state pyroelectric detector (made in Germany)

    • Motor: Synchronous motor (made in Switzerland)

    • Source: Anti-oxide, stable IR emitter (made in the US)

Temperature Control: The system keeps constant temperature in the entire infrared unit, which ensures stable detected gas temperature and accurate results.

Protecting Gas: Nitrogen separates the infrared emitter and detector from the ambient environment, improving stability and accuracy.

Thermo-conductivity (TCD) Detecting Unit: It uses an anti-oxide NTC thermistor.

Signal Processing: We have developed a small current control technique that allows thermistors to operate without carrier gas.

Reference Gas Circuit: The analyzer employs a low-flow control technique.

Gas Flow Control: It applies a highly sensitive and accurate electric flow control technique based on low pressure difference, and it also incorporates an anti-overshoot system.

Pulse Heating Electrode Furnace: Current ranges 0–1500A, power 8.5KVA, maximum temperature 3500°C.

Calibration: You can choose between 1) fast calibration and 2) normal calibration.

    Power Requirements: 220VAC ±10%, 50±1Hz, maximum current 50A (max. 10KW).
