01 Overview
It is mainly used to measure the friction and wear life of various spherical plain bearing’s liners under the working condition of radial&axial alternating loading and swinging. It can be equipped with various environmental devices, like high temperature furnace, low temperature furnace, water spraying device and powder spraying device, etc as the simulation testing for bearings.
02 Product Characteristics
Servo actuator
It is composed of hydraulic cylinder, load sensor, displacement sensor, accumulator and servo valve, etc. The guide sealing elements of hydraulic cylinder plug and piston rod are all imported seals.
Swing actuator
It adopts double blade structure, front flflange installation; with features of low friction, low damping, high frequency response and good lateral force resistance; the swing actuator
uses static pressure bearing technology, with features of wide temperature range, high bearing capacity, no crawling phenomenon at low speed.
Hydrostatic support
linear actuator (optional)
New electro-hydraulic servo products with hydrostatic bearing and coating technology are used for testing the high precision static/dynamic material and components and other complex mechanical testing.
03 Working principle
Using the electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop principle, all servo actuators are made with non-metallic friction. It has the characteristics of fast response, high precision, wide frequency band and various waveforms (sine
wave, triangle wave, oblique wave, combined wave). It can stably and reliably carry out the testing of force (torque) and displacement (torsion angle) control. Regular waveform test and arbitrary waveform test can be applied to the specimen, and its load and displacement state can be switched at will, which is safe and reliable. The swing actuator and linear actuator are used as the executive power components to realize torsion and radial loading. Radial loading and torsional loading can operate independently, synchronously and asynchronously
