To enhance the company’s overall operational efficiency and deepen the application of lean management concepts across all processes, SINOTEST held the first Advanced Training Camp for Lean Management Competence. More than 20 frontline production employees from various departments participated in the event.
This lean management training camp opened with Fundamentals of Lean Management as the introductory module. We invited distinguished industry experts to deliver lectures, providing in-depth explanations on the practical application of lean management in production.The course was closely tailored to the company’s production processes and product characteristics, helping participants lay a solid foundation for improving labor efficiency and injecting impetus into the optimization of the company’s production efficiency.
Following the theoretical sessions, participants engaged in practical exercises including the drawing of on-site value stream maps and the identification of the Eight Wastes in the workshop.
The activity not only featured precise summaries of core concepts such as value-driven operations and balanced flow, but also provided in-depth interpretations aligned with the company’s strategy.From path planning for value stream optimization to node design in the PDCA cycle, the logically rigorous deduction was presented in a progressive, layered manner
Going forward, the company will continue to foster a lean culture and promote lean concepts, strive to deeply integrate lean management into daily operations, and embed lean thinking throughout the entire production and business process, so as to continuously empower the enterprise to improve quality and efficiency.
