Simulation Testing Rig

High-speed Landslide Impact Test Rig

Mainly used to simulate high-speed landslides and evaluate the impact range of landslide disasters:

  1. After fully loaded, Trolly accelerated to 15m/s and then applied emergency braking. The soil and rock samples inside the vehicle were horizontally ejected, simulating the hazardous range of high-speed landslide soil and rock samples in the waste dump.
  2. After fully loaded, Trolly accelerate to 15m/s, then decelerate to 10m/s at a rate of 5m/s2, and observe the state of the sample breaking out inside the vehicle.

The high-speed landslide impact test bench covers a total length of 82.5 meters and a net width of 6 meters. The runway is 62.5 meters long and the collapse area is 20 meters.

Parameters:

Loading soil sample trolley Maximum Speed: 15m/s

Test box size for loading soil samples: : 2*1*1m

Test site size: L*W=82.5*6m

Runway size: L*W=62.5*6m

Observation area: 20m.

Slope In-situ Loading Test Rig

Mainly used for research and experimentation on the mechanism of tailings dam failure and disaster characteristics. During the test, the platform was kept tilted at a certain angle, and the equipment simultaneously simulated rainfall and underground seepage. Under the erosion of water flow, the sample broke the dam.

Main parameters:

Vertical maximum loading force: 20000kN

Vertical loading maximum stroke: 400mm

Vertical maximum load speed: 240mm/min

Vertical vibration maximum energy output: 5000J

Simulated precipitation: ≥ 400mm/24h

Maximum model space that can be loaded: L * W * H=6500 * 5000 * 5000mm;

Simulation Test Rig for Dam Collapse Landslide

Main parameters:

  • Maximum tilt angle: 0-20 degrees.
  • Dimensions of the load-bearing platform model box (internal space): L*W*H=10000 * 6000 * 2000mm
  • The maximum flow rate of simulated rainwater is ≥ 400mm/24h.
  • The maximum simulated water flow rate for dam overtopping is 0.2m3/s, and the simulation duration is not less than 1 minute.
  • Maximum load of pressure monitoring device: 5 tons;
  • Maximum load of impact monitoring device: 5 tons;
  • Water level monitoring: with a range of not less than 2000mm;
  • Flow velocity measurement: The method of applying ultrasonic flowmeter on the “Bacher groove” is adopted, and the speed measurement range is not less than 0.05-10m/s.

Rock Mass Plane Similarity Model Test Rig

Mainly used for research on complex issues in major projects such as hydroelectric power plant diversion tunnels and underground powerhouses, cross sea tunnels, oil and nuclear waste storage, deep mining, and large-scale underground space development.
