Application
This machine is used for tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, puncture, tearing, and elasticity testing of materials such as wires, fabrics, leather, paper, packaging, construction, petrochemicals, electrical materials, and geotechnical materials, etc. It is a fundamental piece of equipment for quality management, incoming material inspection, physical property testing, mechanical research, and materials development. All machine programs are open for user selection (customization is available for special requirements).
Features
- Servo drivers and motors (vector control) provide short response times, eliminating speed overshoot and uneven speed.
- Ball screws and precision guides offer long service life and low noise. Encoders provide precise control over instrument positioning and elongation.
- Users can create their own test methods, edit project data and parameters, and delete any measured data. The standard modular design facilitates instrument maintenance and upgrades.
- Test results can be exported to Excel documents for easy integration with user’s enterprise management software.
- Software analysis functions include: fracture point, breakage point, stress point, yield point, initial modulus, elastic deformation, and plastic deformation.
- Safety protection measures include: limit switches, overload protection, negative force protection, overcurrent protection, and overvoltage protection.
- Force calibration: digital code calibration (authorization code).
- (Host/Computer) bidirectional control technology (single computer control) makes testing convenient and fast, providing rich and diverse test results (data reports, curves, graphs, and reports).
